CONVEYOR BELT

The conveyor belt is wound around the drive drum and the tail exchange roller forms an endless belt. The upper and lower parts of the conveyor belt are supported on the idler. The tensioning device gives the conveyor belt the necessary tension for normal operation. During operation, the drive roller drives the conveyor belt through the friction between it and the conveyor belt. The material is loaded from the loading point onto the conveyor belt to form a continuous moving stream, which is unloaded at the unloading point. The general material is loaded onto the upper belt (bearing section) and is unloaded at the nose roller (here, the drive drum). It can also be unloaded in the middle using a special unloading device.

Production of Bridgestone Conveyor Belts started in 1945. Since then, they have been installed in countries all over the world. Bridgestone Conveyor Belts have demonstrated their reliability and durability by serving on critical conveyors where downtime is very costly.
